Sunday cooking

It was a really grey Sunday today in Cambridge. I got soaked biking to my friends’ house. Thanks to colourful vegetables bought at the Cambridge sunday market the day was save. I made some kakiage, they are similar to tempura but easier to make. It was vegan, glutenfree and yummie.

What you need is:
Onion, I used a red one
Bell pepper
Potatoe starch or corn flour
Oil for frying
