Hydrate Frozen Tofu ,Hijiki and Daikon in water for 10mins. Simmer with Soya sauce, sugar and mirin for 10mins.

I eat soba noodle so often. I use it substitute of pasta. Boil Soba noodle and add simmered Hijiki and Natto.

This is a Tofu version of hot pot. Mizuna and Spring onion are the company of Tofu!
Very earthy dish as using many rooted vegetables… Kintoki Carrots, Lotus roots, Bamboo shoot and Runner beans. Chop Vegetables and fry them before adding Dashi.
It’s really thrilled to use something left over food.
