Hydrate Frozen Tofu ,Hijiki and Daikon in water for 10mins. Simmer with Soya sauce, sugar and mirin for 10mins.
Set yogurt from last night for breakfast. The yogurt was still warm when I ate with figs and honey:)

I eat soba noodle so often. I use it substitute of pasta. Boil Soba noodle and add simmered Hijiki and Natto.
I was given some yummy runner beans from a friend’s allotment.
Just simmer the veges with shoyu, mirin and sugar for about 10mins. 🙂
