Hijiki Simmer ヒジキの煮物

I often cook this dish as hijiki contains full of nutritious such as iron, calcium and fibers.  Dehydrate Hijiki and fry with carrot. Add Dashi, sugar and soy sauce and simmer.

    Gorgeous! I adore hijiki! Kiriboshi daikon and hijiki are two things that I tried when I was younger and didn’t care much for, but then ate again recently and discovered that they’re so, so delicious. Looks good!
