Left over rice? Cook a Vegan Fried Kimchi Riceキムチごはん

Yes Japanese people eat rice a lot, Everybody has a rice cooker at home and we can eat rice three  a day easily!  This is a good recipe when you cook too much rice and  have some left over the following day….

I went to the Vegetarian wholefood shop near by and found this Organic Vegan Kimchi today!  Hmmm

  • Chopped vegetables in your fridge.  – I used carrot, courgette, aubergine,  cauliflower, chickpeas,
  • Left over rice
  • Vegan Kimchi! -chopped
  • Toasted sesame oil
  • Soya sauce

Fry Veges first with sesame oil and add rice when the veges half way cooked.  Add Kimchi in the end.
