Cheese Mochi 餅チーズ -can’t stop munching ! 

This is my favourite savoury desert for now days… So difficult to stop eating!

  • 150g glutenous rice flour
  • 50g cheese
  • 50ml soya milk
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Mix all them together in a bowl and make a round shape.

Place them in the preheated 180C/356F oven for 15-20mins. That’s all!
