Just because its Sunny Spring day, I made very basic of Inarizushi or Bean curd pocket sushi with my friends! Very simple and tasty, perfect for Bento and picnic too!
Cut the bean curd in halves and pour boiling water to get the oil out. wring them.
Simmer in sauce made with unrefined sugar, mirin, soya sauce and water.
Cook the sushi rice, add a sauce with soya sauce and rice vinegar and unrefined sugar.
Add some sesame seeds.
Make riceballs and stuff the bean curds.
You can do a overdose easily!
