It’s Sunday again and time for cooking together with friends. This Sunday we had a brilliant sunny day.
We made some Takikomi gohan, rice with shitake mushrooms, hijiki, carrots and onion.
We didn’t have sushi rice so instead we used Organice Arborio rice. It’s also possible to replace the sushi rice with short grain brown rice.
We let the veggies soak and some seasonings in the rice before cooking it all. A perfect Sunday lunch!
