Japanese curry for jetlag!?

Yesterday I didn’t have time to write about the curry. It was so bright and sunny day in Cambridge.  Went for a walk along the side of river Cam. There were a few spring flowers emerging from the ground and promising us the Spring is just around the corner.

I cooked this Japanese curry for my friend who is visiting me from Japan. I put lots and lots of veges and beans…

Onion, garlic, fresh turmeric, fresh chillies, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, kale, mushrooms, chickpeas, tomatoes and of course special secret spices.
